4-minute Q&A with expert judges
2-minute audience Q&A

Presenters receive:

Business Travel Show Asia Pacific

Location and event date: Marina Bay Sands, Singapore - 14-15 April 2026
Eligibility: Innovators who have introduced/launched managed business travel, meetings or business traveller products, technologies or services in 2023 or later.
PROCESS: The BTN Group staff will notify accepted applicants by 16 February 2026. Accepted applicants have five days from notification to confirm their participation or they forfeit the opportunity to present. Accepted applicants must pay the non-refundable presentation fee by 2 March 2026.

Business Travel Show Europe

Location and event date: Excel, London - 25-26 June 2026
Eligibility: Products or services launched in 2023 or later

Applications due: 16 March 2026
Accepted applicants notified by: 13 April 2026
Non-refundable fee due: 4 May 2026

Business Travel Show America

Location and event date: Javits Centre, NYC - 14-15 October 2026
Eligibility: Products or services launched in 2023 or later
Applications open: 9 March 2026
Applications due: 11 May 2026
Accepted applicants notified by: 15 June 2026
Non-refundable fee due: 13 July 2026

Presenter Fees & Scholarships

Asia Pacific

Presenter fee | $17,000 USD
- 7-minute live presentation with 4-minutes of judges’ Q&A and 2-minutes of audience Q&A
- Two complimentary registration passes – one presenter and one colleague. Additional registrations for colleagues can be purchased at $100 USD.
- 250-character company description and logo to be included on the show registration website
- Presenting companies will be featured in one attendee promotion sent to the BTN Group database of 8,000 Asia Pacific corporate travel managers and procurement professionals
- Presentations will be made available on-demand on a dedicated website and promoted to the BTN Group database of Asia Pacific corporate travel managers and procurement professionals in May
- MP4 video file recording of your presentation (two weeks after the event)
Scholarship presenter fee | $5,000 USD
Two scholarships are available for startup/emerging companies that were incorporated in 2023 or after.
