Terms & Conditions

• The closing date for the prize draw is Friday, October 9, 2026.

• The prize is a Partnership Package for our 4th annual Corporate Travel Manager Appreciation Week.

• The draw will take place on Friday, October 23, 2026, and the winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw.

• The prize draw is open to any United States of America resident aged 18 years and over.

• Employees of Northstar Travel Media Ltd, its subsidiaries, and any other companies connected with this draw, along with their families and members of their households, are not eligible to enter.

• Entries will be limited to one per company

• A meeting must be scheduled and attended to be eligible for the draw.

• If the winner cannot be traced after the organizers have made reasonable efforts, the organizers are entitled to dispose of the prize as they think fit without any liability to the prize winner.

• The organizers' decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered.

• Cancelling the prize draw at any point is entirely at the organizers' discretion.

• Northstar Travel Media Ltd accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize. Northstar Travel Media Ltd further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the competition.
