2027 planning meeting prize draw terms & conditions

• The closing date for entry is 30 September 2026.

• To enter, participants must schedule and attend a meeting with a member of the BTN Group team on or before 30 September 2026 to discuss 2027 marketing opportunities.

• The prize is one Partnership Package for the 4th annual Corporate Travel Manager Appreciation Week. The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

• Entry is limited to one entry per individual, regardless of the number of meetings booked or attended.

• Participants must be 18 years of age or over.

• Employees of Northstar Travel Group, its subsidiaries, companies connected with the prize draw, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the closing date and notified by email.

• If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts have been made, the organisers reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

• The organisers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The organisers reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the prize draw where circumstances make this necessary.

• Northstar Travel Group accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or disappointment arising from participation in the prize draw or acceptance of the prize, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
